COMPLETENESS REVIEW RESUME JAMKESMAS OUTPATIENT TO SUPPORT PROCESSING DATA OF JAMKESMAS PATIENT WITH INA CBG’S SYSTEM AT THE REGIONAL GENERAL HOSPITAL AL- IHSAN PROVINCIAL GOVERNMENT WEST JAVA

This research aims to determine about factors that affect the completeness resume of Jamkesmas outpatient to support the processing data of jamkesmas patient with INA CBG’S system at the Regional general Hospital Al- ihsan Provincial Government west java. The methods of data collection used were interviews, observation, divining manual and documentation studies.

Methods of research conducted by the method of descriptive research. From research conducted, it was a factor that inhibits the completeness resume Jamkesmas outpatient to support the processing data Jamkesmas patient with INA CBG'S system were Resume Jamkesmas outpatients that nearly 40% of diagnoses can not be read by the processing data officer jamkesmas patient, resume precence outpatient Jamkesmas who do not complete and should be returned to the examining doctor, the doctor who examined the signatures does not complete the doctor, Jmkesmas outpatient Resume who have been assessed by a team of verifiers still incomplete, so the resume must be returned to the processing data officer Jamkesmas patient, and resumes of patients admitted to the emergency room (ER) that is 100% not in content.

The advice given to improve the completeness resume Jamkesmas outpatient to support the processing data of jamkesmas patients with INA CBG'S system is by way of: (1) Providing socialization to the doctor and the parts that deal in filling resumes importance of completeness of the resume in the processing and claiming. (2) Doing good communication between staff and doctor so that doctor are not legible writing can be minimized. (3) The hospital provides a resume specifically for Jamkesmas patient seeking treatment through Emergency room(the ER) as well as socialization to the doctors, nurses, registration staff in Emergancy Room(ER) The importance of filling in the resume (4) The hospital increased the number of officers Medical Record on the data processing in order to create harmony between Jamkesmas workload with officers.

TINJAUAN KELENGKAPAN RESUME RAWAT JALAN PASIEN JAMKESMAS GUNA MENUNJANG PENGOLAHAN DATA PASIEN JAMKESMAS DENGAN SISTEM INA CBG’S DI RUMAH SAKIT UMUM DAERAH AL-IHSAN PEMERINTAH PROPINSI JAWA BARAT

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui faktor – faktor yang mempengaruhi kelengkapan resume rawat jalan pasien Jamkesmas guna menunjang pengolahan data pasien Jamkesmas dengan menggunakan sistem INA CBG’S di Rumah Sakit Daerah Al – Ihsan Pemerintah Propinsi Jawa Barat.Metode pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah dengan wawancara, observasi, studi Pustaka dan dokumentasi.

Metode penelitian yang dilakukan dengan metode penelitian deskriptif. Dari penelitian yang dilakukan, ternyata faktor yang menghambat kelengkapan resume rawat jalan pasien Jamkesmas guna menunjang pengolahan data pasien Jamkesmas dengan sistem INA CBG’S adalah Resume rawat jalan pasien Jamkesmas yang hampir 40% diagnosa tidak dapat terbaca oleh petugas pengolahan data pasien Jamkesmas, Adanya resume rawat jalan pasien Jamkesmas yang belum lengkap dan harus dikembalikan pada dokter yang memeriksa, dokter yang memeriksa tidak melengkapi tanda tangan dokter, Resume rawat jalan pasien Jamkesmas yang telah dinilai oleh tim verifikator masih ada yang belum lengkap, sehingga resume tersebut harus dikembalikan ke bagian pengolahan pasien Jamkesmas, dan resume pasien yang masuk ke IGD (Instalasi Gawat Darurat) yang 100% tidak di isi.

Adapun Saran yang diberikan untuk memperbaiki kelengkapan resume rawat jalan pasien Jamkesmas guna menunjang pengolahan data pasien Jamkesmas dengan sistem INA CBG’S adalah dengan cara : (1) Memberikan sosialisasi kepada dokter dan bagian-bagian yang berhubungan dalam mengisi resume pentingnya kelengkapan resume dalam pengolahan dan pengklaiman. (2) Melakukan komunikasi yang baik antara petugas dan dokter sehingga tulisan dokter yang tidak terbaca dapat diminimalisir. ( 3 ) Pihak rumah sakit menyediakan resume khusus untuk pasien Jamkesmas yang berobat melalui IGD (Instalasi Gawat Darurat) serta sosialisasi kepada dokter, perawat, petugas pendaftaraan di IGD (Instalasi Gawat Darurat) Pentingnya dalam pengisian resume (4) Pihak rumah sakit menambah jumlah petugas Rekam Medis pada bagian pengolahan data Jamkesmas agar tercipta keserasian antara beban kerja dengan petugas.
